Innovative design supports scientific precision

Revvity

Cellometer Ascend Automated Cell Counter

We believe groundbreaking design and seamless functionality combine perfectly. Our latest collaboration with Revvity has produced the Cellometer Ascend, an advanced automated cell counter that reflects our commitment to user-friendly, high-performance product innovation. This latest model in our extensive range of life-science devices stands out for its clear and intuitive design, recognizable aesthetics and integrated lighting elements that visually communicate internal processes to the user.

From concept to configuration

Our design process begins at the earliest development stage, where we determine the optimal configuration of the device. Here we focus on usability, efficient workflows and limited space in laboratories. How will users interact with the device? Where are samples placed and how is data displayed? By answering these crucial questions, we ensure that the final product is not only functional, but also intuitively supports scientific processes.

Design supports science

Designing for life-science requires a deep understanding of both user needs and technical challenges. By working closely with engineers and scientists, we refine our designs in interactive, hands-on sessions. With years of experience, we are able to balance technical solutions with aesthetic and ergonomic considerations. This results in devices that are both accurate and user-friendly.

A recognized and growing design language

We are proud that our design principles are being increasingly embraced not only in Europe, but also in the U.S. market. This international recognition highlights our strength in creating timeless, functional and visually distinctive solutions that resonate worldwide.
