Unlock Your Potential Here
Would you like a job that offers a lot of variety, where you are challenged by complex innovative projects and driven colleagues?
Junior Industrial Designer - 40 hours
Are you a designer who thinks in images, forms, and possibilities? Someone with an endless flow of ideas who doesn’t get stuck in words but immediately starts sketching? Do you get energized by transforming rough thoughts into strong concepts, compelling designs, and high-quality 3D CAD models? Then we’re looking for you.
At npk design, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Junior Industrial Designer who has an exceptional sense of form, strong sketching skills, and the drive to turn ideas into tangible solutions. A true maker-thinker: curious, visually minded, ambitious, and not afraid of technology.
This describes you as a designer
You think with your eyes as well as your hands. For you, sketching is not a final presentation tool, but a way of thinking. You use it to explore ideas quickly, make choices visible, and bring others along in your design process.
You have a natural drive for design. You instinctively recognize proportions, details, lines, transitions, and materials. You can tell when a product feels right—and when it can be improved.
You develop strong, well-founded concepts and know how to present them convincingly to colleagues and clients. By combining creativity, aesthetics, and technical insight, you create products that are high in quality, distinctive in character, and feasible to manufacture.
You move effortlessly between sketching, form studies, SolidWorks, 3D CAD, visualization, and prototyping. Ideas rarely remain abstract for long in your hands—you transform them into something that can be evaluated, tested, and further developed.
You are not intimidated by complex design challenges. In fact, that’s where things become interesting. With curiosity, a solid technical foundation, and a solution-oriented mindset, you develop smart, surprising, and achievable designs.
You thrive in a dynamic design studio where multiple projects run simultaneously. You see variety as an opportunity to learn quickly, gain broad experience, and grow as a designer.
You are ambitious, eager to learn, and driven to continuously elevate the quality of your sketches, designs, CAD models, and presentations.
