To support Loop’s commitment to excellence, we joined a research project to enhance product comfort and build a repository of insights for future innovation.

Multiple Dimensions of Comfort

This research project focuses on every aspect of comfort, from ensuring safe and pleasant wear over extended periods of time to simplifying use and improving the noise-canceling experience. Whether it’s for sleep or active sports, we ask the questions: Does it feel right? Does it look good? And ultimately, do users love wearing it?

Research by Design

Our approach enables research by design, starting with a strategic framework to evaluate comfort and using design interventions to generate knowledge.
We identify opportunities, develop concepts, and turn them into prototypes for iterative testing. From material innovations to refinements in product architecture, the process is straightforward: ideate, build, test, learn – and repeat.
